First things first, this program works, and just like any other program, half the battle is committing.

I started this one due to a ton of gym anxiety and just not knowing what to do, but my main goal was to build muscle while staying flexible and even gaining flexibility. That's exactly what this program gave me. I can't say exactly how much my swing speed improved due to not having access to a simulator but on course I went from being tired after 18 holes and averaging 295 on drives to playing 36 holes in a day and still feeling like I could go another 18.

Also, in those 36 holes, my average drive was 318. In just 3 months, I gained an average of 20 yards on my drive. I'm able to be more flexible in my legs after building the strength up, which resulted in less strain on my back and giving more yards on my shots.

Doing this program was the best decision I've made in a long time as now the gym anxiety is gone, and the main goal of gaining muscle while still being flexible was achieved, and my drives show it.

I have been following Brad's program for about 6 weeks, and I will say I've not missed a workout. Hello, I would like to drop a note about my recent experience with the Effortless Power Program.  Having a busy summer schedule, it was nice to do the workouts on my own timeframe.  I didn't have to purchase a lot of expensive equipment and was able to do the workouts right from home.

The videos were very informative and moved quickly.  I would typically watch the videos before, and refresh as needed.  

I've noticed a 20-30 yard gain with my driver, putting me closer to my goal of being a single digit handicap.  Now a 10.5, I was able to reach some par 5's in two shots!

The additional mobility and strength is a real plus, and a big mental advantage of feeling strong on the tee box.

I recommend this program to anyone trying to improve their fitness.  Thank you Brad!

Looking back over the course of the program, I can say I made some huge progress.  At the start of the program, I struggled with hip and upper back mobility and could never find the movements to create the full range of motion.  The program gave me consistent direction on movements to reach my goals, and I couldn't be happier.
